Aribemchukwu, the daughter of Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia, has been k+lled in her residence at highbrow Parkview Estate, Ikoyi, Lagos.
The incident occurred on Wednesday morning, with reports indicating that her body was discovered outside the gate of her home.
The deceased, affectionately known as Chuchu, was allegedly killed the previous night. A family source, who requested anonymity due to the sensitivity of the situation, revealed chilling details about the discovery.
“It would appear that new household staff might have been responsible and tried to stage as if she was outside when it happened. There were signs of an attempt to clean up bl%od inside the house and in the compound.
This was indeed their handiwork, and we observed that they were newly employed less than a month, and she was alone in the house with them.
Confirming the m¥rder, Lagos State Police Command spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, disclosed that three suspects, all domestic staff, have been arrested.
