The APC’s ward-to-ward campaign in Edo North is making waves as the party positions itself as a strong contender in the upcoming gubernatorial elections on September 21st. Yesterday, Igarra transformed into a vibrant hub of support for Senator Monday Okpebholo and his campaign team, leaving the opposition rattled.
The atmosphere was electric, reminiscent of a Premier League final, with a crowd that could rival a packed Wembley Stadium. Thousands gathered, filling every corner of the venue to celebrate the hope and promise that the APC embodies.
Senator Okpebholo, exuding the energy of a true leader, outlined his ambitious plans for Edo State. He pledged to hire 5,000 teachers within his first 100 days and commit to repairing the long-neglected Igarra road. His vision also includes improving electricity supply, offering interest-free loans to market traders, and launching various other initiatives aimed at community enhancement.
While the people of Igarra have heard promises in the past, there’s a palpable sense of trust in Okpebholo this time. They believe in his vision and his dedication to fostering real change.
