This is Becky Okorie. The Lady who played KARISHIKA in the Legendary Karishika movie.
Karishika story setup was a demon sent out to the Earth by Lucifer in form of a very fine fair Lady to torment people.
After the Karishika Movie, Nobody really know what happened to Becky Okorie as She did not appear in any more Movies.
In the 90s Nollywood was still developing and this Movie was released, at the time, many people were still yet to understand how the Movie World actually works, so playing such devilish and witchcraft roles may spell disaster and doom for the Actor/Actress because then People believed any role You play in a Movie You must be like that in Real life.
And so Becky Okorie faced some serious backlash from Fans because They think She really will be a Witch.
The fact that She didnt follow up with more Movie features didnt help as a lot of rumours started flying. Some fans claimed her fellow demons had come to take her back to thei Coven while Some claimed the Witches came to attack her and therefore She resigned from playing any more Witch roles.
Becky Okorie herself didnt help matters as She neither denied nor corrected the rumours in the Media.
Years later after her disappearance from the screens, News came up that She was now married and now live in USA. However, Becky also neither confirmed this news nor denied it.
Till today Becky have not granted interviews or put out any media statements to address the rumours.
