Who Was Steve McNair?
Steve McNair began his sports career by playing for the Houston Oilers and later started playing as a quarterback for the Tennessee Titans. During his college days, he played with the Alcorn State Braves and was awarded the Walter Payton Prize in the year 1994.
A year later, he was drafted in third position by the Oilers and he continued to play for them till 2005.

It was revealed that Steve was having an affair with her. Police recovered text messages exchanged between the two where it was clear that they were in love.
Kazemi was in a dire financial situation and asked him to help her out. Steve had transferred some money to her account. Her financial condition was bad and it is suspected that she felt Steve was cheating on her.
Just two days before the shooting, cops pulled her over and found that she was driving a vehicle that was registered in Steve and her name.
