Her parents had a brief relationship that lasted four years, ending when she was just two years old.
Mastroianni has two half-siblings: Christian Vadim, her brother from her mother’s relationship with director Roger Vadim, and Barbara Mastroianni, her sister from her father’s marriage to actress Flora Carabella.
