Information reaching Becksblog.com.ng, that about 41 individuals have been found guilty of internet fraud-related crimes and each has been sentenced to one year in prison by a Federal High Court in Onitsha, Anambra State.
The information was made public through a statement posted on the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s website on Wednesday.
Report revealed that, the individuals, apprehended by the Enugu Zonal Command of the EFCC, admitted guilt to various charges such as obtaining money through deception, possessing fake documents, impersonation, and involvement in criminal activities.
