Barcelona’s Champions League dream ends with 10-man collapse against PSG

Barcelona’s hopes of a Champions League comeback were dashed as they suffered a devastating 4-1 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain.
The home loss means Barca were sent home with a 6-4 aggregate loss.
The match started promisingly for Barcelona, with Raphinha netting early on, but their attack was halted when Ronald Araujo received a red card for a last-man challenge.
Ousmane Dembele then equalized just shortly before halftime, to bring the game level.

In the second half, PSG capitalized on their numerical advantage to run riot on the hosts.
Vitinha’s long-range strike leveled the aggregate score, paving the way for Kylian Mbappe’s brace.
The French star converted a penalty and sealed the win with a late goal, ending any hopes of a Barcelona comeback.
