Bobrisky Sèntenced To 6 Months lmprisonment For Naira Abûse (Photos)

Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, a cross-dresser, has been handed a six-month jail term by Justice Abimbola Awogboro of the Federal High Court in Lagos.

The ruling was issued on Friday, April 12, following Bobrisky’s admission of guilt to the charge of currency misuse.

A report disclosed that the self-proclaimed “Mummy of Lagos” faced six allegations of money laundering and naira misuse filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Thursday, April 4th.

Bobrisky was brought before the court on Friday, April 5th, where he confronted a six-count accusation related to the abuse of the Naira and money laundering.

Although the court dismissed the money laundering charges, Bobrisky was found guilty of Naira Abuse after admitting to the offense.
