ESN intercepts four Fulani kidnappers in Awka and rescues three men they kidnapped. Two of the kidnappers escaped while two were arrested.
According to one of the kidnappers, their leader is Muhammad Ali, who is among the two that escaped. He also lives in Awka, Anambra State.
