Kaduna state governor, Uba Sani, announces fresh appointments

Kaduna governor, Senator Uba Sani, has unveiled a new wave of appointments in the state.

Governor Sani’s Chief Press Secretary, Muhammad Shehu, announced the appointments via a statement.

Among the key appointments is the designation of Hon Nuhu Goroh-Shadalafiya as the Chairman of the Kaduna State Legislative Service Commission, pending confirmation by the Kaduna State House of Assembly.

Additionally, Ahmed Abdullahi Maiyaki has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC), while Ibrahim Abdulkarim Adamu will assume the role of Managing Director at the Kaduna Market Development and Management Company.

Engr Idris Aminu has been appointed as the Managing Director of the Kaduna State Power Supply Company. Mr Bamai Abu Nehemiah has been named the Senior Special Assistant on Security.

Governor Sani congratulated the new appointees and urged them to exhibit diligence and develop effective strategies and operational plans to advance the state’s interests.

“These strategic appointments reflect the administration’s commitment to harnessing the brightest and innovative minds to move Kaduna State forward,” the statement noted.

The statement informed the public that all the appointments are effective immediately.
