The National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has refuted claims made by the Jeremiah Miracle Water and River Jordan Water Factory, asserting that the ministry falsely claimed NAFDAC’s approval . NAFDAC has clarified that neither the Miracle Water nor related products such as soap and perfume have received its approval. The agency has warned the public to avoid these products due to potential health risks.

NAFDAC has also criticized the ministry for not cooperating with their ongoing investigation, promising to continue their efforts in scrutinizing the matter.

In a related legal development, VDM’s legal team has expressed frustration over the absence of Jeremiah’s lawyer during a court session last week. VDM has filed a 1 billion naira lawsuit against Jeremiah and is determined to compel his appearance in court to address numerous questions and provide necessary evidence.
