NLC And TUC Hold Key Meeting With FG – Green White Green

Senior officials of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led administration on Wednesday met with leaders from the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria (TUC) to discuss pressing national issues.

The meeting took place at the Presidential Villa and focused on the state of the nation, especially concerning petrol pricing.

George Akume, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, facilitated the discussion. Key attendees included Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser; Nkeiruka Onyejeocha, the Labour Minister; and Wale Edun, the Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy.

Other participants included Alhaji Mohammed Idris, the Information Minister; Heineken Lokpobiri, the Minister of State for Petroleum; Ekperikpe Ekpo, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Gas); along with representatives from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited.
