Putin wants to get Belarus before Russia’s nuclear attacks

Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin stated that he plans to discuss with Oleksandr Lukashenko the Minsk food security and another phase of Russia’s nuclear advances with the participation of the Belarusian military.

Putin noted that before leaving for Minsk, he discussed with the Russian Federation direct ties with Belarus.
