The former Senator who represented the good people of Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone, Senator Shehu Sani, has reacted, after Justice Binta Nyako, of the Federal High Court Abuja, withdrew from Nnamdi Kanu’s Trial, after she was scolded for disobeying the Supreme Court Order.
While reacting to Justice Nyako’s decision, Senator Shehu Sani made it known that she did the honourable thing by stepping aside.
Senator Shehu Sani made this disclosure in a post he made on his official X handle on Tuesday evening, while reacting to the report.
Recall that it was reported earlier today that Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, handed off from presiding over the trial of the detained leader of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnmadi Kanu.
Justice Binta Nyako’s decision to withdraw from the trial came after Nnamdi Kanu’s application in open court, requesting her to recuse herself from the trial, due to her disobedience of orders of the Supreme Court.
