Bahrain’s former world champion, Salwa Eid Naser, born Ebelechukwu Agbapuonwu from Onitsha in Igboland, has advanced to the women’s 400 metres final at the Paris 2024 Olympics after clinching her spot by winning her semi-final heat this evening with an ultra-quick time of 49.08 seconds, which is her season’s best.
