Themed, ‘Budget of Human Capital Development, Food Security, and the Digital Economy’, the bill totals N550 billion.
The signing of thr bill into law comes barely hours after members of the Benue State House of Assembly passed the 2025 budget at its plenary on Monday, December 30.
Speaking at the event, Alia said the passage of the bill is crucial to the implementation of critical policies in Benue.
He said, “We are laying the groundwork for a future where every citizen can succeed, live with dignity, and contribute to the growth of our state.”
“The 2025 budget focuses on expanding access to quality education, improving healthcare services, and fostering lifelong learning,” he said.
