YUL EDOCHIE would have been the perfect match to act as Okonkwo in the Ongoing On Screen Adaptation of “Things Fall Apart” rather than IDRIS ELBA.

I don’t think a foreigner can interpret Okonkwo’s character more than Yul Edochie. His father, PETE EDOCHIE played the original and first Okonkwo role in 1987 which shot him to limelight.

The son of PETE EDOCHIE, YUL EDOCHIE, who happens to be a great actor with deep voice, would have been the perfect replacement after 40 years of the first series.
Yul has everything required to interpret this role.
