Chelsea fan gives his verdict on Conor Gallagher after watching him against Brazil
It was a lacklustre England display, as the Three Lions were beaten 1-0 by Brazil at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night.
An 80th minute goal from Real Madrid’s young signing Endrick, sealed the victory for the Selecao.
Conor Gallagher started the game in midfield for England, and was paired alongside Declan Rice, but the Three Lions failed to perform. Gallagher was on the pitch for 75 minutes.
With Chelsea caught in between selling or renewing the contract of Conor Gallagher, a Chelsea fan has given his opinion after watching Conor Gallagher play for England.
After watching him play against Brazil, Chelsea fan Michael Brennan commented: “When you watched him against Brazil, you can see he is not good enough on the big stage.”
Gallagher has however been a key player for Chelsea this season, with Blues legend Pat Nevin saying that he’s among Chelsea’s top three performers.
